“Melia Smart” is a one-of-a-kind boutique “smart building”. The “smart building” will be fully automated, with each owner having a device to control all the appliances in their home - video, audio, television lighting, air conditioning, as well as blackout blinds. The building will be in the gated complex with two other buildings, and will have above-ground garages and 9 boutique-designed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The building is expected to be completed in 2027.
